Cait Zinser, LCSW

Are you ready to explore the functions of your behavior and discover healthy ways to effect change? Our approach when working together will be to not only identify and process adverse experiences but also to explore how they impact your dreams. My approach with clients is always from a strengths perspective, as I believe that people are inherently resilient and already have a variety of tools in their personal toolbox.

A strong therapeutic alliance is critical to the development of skills to facilitate change. I consider it a tremendous privilege to work with clients and help be an agent of change as you navigate all of life's challenges.

In addition to therapy services I also hold a certificate in Mediation from the Quinnipiac School of Law. This allows me to support people in navigating emotionally charged situations where both parties have interests that need to be heard and respected. This role is not as a decision maker as it is important for both parties to be invested in the outcome.

Veronica Aleman, LMSW

Veronica Aleman is a trauma-informed clinician who works with adolescents, young adults, adults, and families navigating anxiety, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and the effects of trauma. Her approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based, with a focus on helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout the healing process.

Veronica’s professional background includes community mental health, homelessness services, social services, crisis support, and work within the school system as a special education paraprofessional. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals and families facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and systemic challenges. Her experience working directly with vulnerable populations has deepened her understanding of trauma, resilience, emotional regulation, and the importance of meeting clients where they are without judgment.

Her therapeutic style is person-centered and trauma-informed, incorporating elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, psychoeducation, and strengths-based interventions. Veronica is passionate about creating a safe and welcoming space where clients can show up authentically, build coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and work toward meaningful change at their own pace. She believes healing begins through connection, trust, and recognizing the strengths clients already carry within themselves.

Julia Seaman, LMSW

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across school, community, and in-home settings. My background includes over a decade in education, vocational services, and family work, giving me a well-rounded understanding of how individuals and families navigate challenges across different environments. My approach is calm, relational, and strengths-based. I focus on creating a supportive space where clients feel understood and able to move at a pace that feels right for them. I integrate practical skill-building, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and insight-oriented work tailored to each individual's goals. I have extensive experience working with youth, especially in school-based settings, as well as individuals navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, executive functioning challenges, and life transitions. I also enjoy supporting adults through career shifts, vocational exploration, and periods of personal or professional change.

I bring a grounded understanding of family systems and development, informed both by my professional work and my experience as a parent of three children in elementary, middle, and high school. Whether you’re coming in for yourself or a child or teen in your life, my goal is to provide a calm, supportive space where we can better understand what’s going on and work toward steady, realistic growth together.

Naiela Suleiman, LMSW

I am Naiela Suleiman, a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding. I have experience working with people across the lifespan, from age 9 years old to elder adults, with a strong focus on adolescents and young adults.

I utilize a range of evidence based practices with the goal of creating a tailored approach with each person I collaborate with. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness based therapies, and holistic practices are some therapeutic approaches I like to incorporate into sessions. I also hold a certification in Integrated Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT) which focuses on helping teens understand and modify thoughts and behaviors in order to reach a healthier mind and body.

I received a Master’s of Social Work as well as a Bachelors in journalism and sociology from the University of Connecticut. My hope is to create a safe space where individuals feel comfortable to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I believe people are the experts of their lived experiences and it is my honor to be part of your journey toward mental wellness and personal growth.

Rachel Verinis, LMSW

I’m passionate about helping preteens and teenagers navigate the challenges of growing up while building confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of who they are. I believe every young person has strengths and potential, even when they may not see it themselves. My approach is supportive, goal-oriented, and relationship-centered because real growth happens when kids feel safe, understood, and genuinely connected to the adults supporting them.

My experience living and working within schools and counseling settings in both the U.S. and abroad has given me a deep appreciation for how culture, family, school, and community shape a child’s emotional wellbeing. I hold a Master’s in Social Work, along with degrees in Secondary Education and Educational Leadership. I currently hold a Connecticut social work license and am working toward clinical licensure under supervision. Most of my professional experience has been within school settings as a school social worker, educator, and administrator, as well as in community-based prevention work.

I work closely with teens and families to support challenges including anxiety, school stress, self-esteem, friendships, life transitions, self-harm, school avoidance, and emotional ups and downs. I also specialize in educational and medical advocacy, helping families bridge the gap between schools, healthcare providers, and home life while navigating complex systems and supports. Above all, I want the young people I work with to feel heard, valued, and empowered, and for parents to know their child has someone in their corner who truly cares.

CJ Ripke, LMSW

I believe that meaningful change happens through genuine connection, curiosity, and compassion. My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward the lives and relationships you want.

Over the past several years, I have worked in forensic social work, supporting individuals and families navigating complex experiences involving trauma and involvement with the legal system. This work has strengthened my appreciation for the resilience people carry and the importance of approaching every person with empathy, respect, and without judgment.

I work with adults experiencing relationship challenges, anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, and interpersonal difficulties. I have a particular interest in helping couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and navigate conflict with greater understanding and connection. Whether you are in the midst of a difficult period, seeking personal growth, or hoping to improve your relationships, I strive to provide a space where meaningful change can occur.

My style is warm, authentic, and strengths-based. I recognize that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I value creating a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, collaborative, and tailored to your unique goals and experiences.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, playing tennis, reading, and relaxing by the beach. Starting therapy is a courageous step, and I would be honored to support you as you navigate life's challenges.
